- A years-long sexual relationship with her District Director, in the district office and on the road, from 2021 to January 2025.
- Year-end bonuses from TAXPAYER funds to that staffer every single year: roughly $30,650 in total, documented in official House payroll records.
- A $5,000 campaign payment reported to the FEC as "Fundraising Consulting." The complaint alleges no consulting ever happened.
- A payment of approximately $200,000 in March 2025, made after the former staffer threatened to file an ethics complaint of her own. That is the witness tampering count.
- Alleged relationships with two more supervised aides: her current District Chief of Staff and her former Chief of Staff.
- Seven counts total, spanning House Rules and federal criminal statutes, with referral requested to the DOJ and the FEC.
